Due to the new changes implemented by the government, the open homes will now be via private inspection and will run with the following measures in place:
All attendees must wait in their vehicle until called and only one group will be allowed inside the property at a time for approximately 5 minutes, in order to allow everyone to have an opportunity to view.
All attendees will need to register and answer the Corona Virus screening questions. All attendees must adhere to the social distancing rules and if you wish to open a cupboard or touch a surface will be required to use the disposable gloves provided.
